Who am I, and why do I travel?
My name is Xavi, and I’m a travelling Brit who has grown up on the move. Born in Bristol, I’ve lived in England, Holland, and for five years in Oman. Cultures, international politics and adventure interest me the most, and they are the driving factors inspiring my travels. I have been to 31 countries so far, across Asia, Europe, The Middle East, Africa and North America.
Since moving to Oman, I’ve learned to speak Arabic to a good level, and it’s a language that I’m constantly learning more of and improving. As a result of being born to a part Polish family, I’ve also grown up speaking Polish, but my skills are a little rusty.
In 2019 I will start an undergraduate degree in International Relations, one of my areas of interest.
